Benjamin grew up in Atlanta, GA but was typically found on the weekends at his family’s 1,200 acre hunting preserve property in Georgia hunting Quail, Ducks, and Dove or fishing for Bass. Benjamin as a teenager would work at the property during the summer. In college, Benjamin picked up deer hunting and begun handling the properties QDM program as well as learned how to process his venison himself from the harvest shot to cured meats and sausages on the table. Benjamin attended the College of Charleston and was a business major. After graduation, Benjamin worked for his father’s company Ben Carter Properties and was a Vice President in charge of land for sale and acquisitions for regional malls and shopping centers, and a part of the development team. After his departure from BCP Benjamin took the skills he had gained and became a franchisee for a national restaurant brand and developed several locations from site selection to opening. He then oversaw key team members who operated the day to day operations of the restaurants as the owner.
Benjamin has a passion for spending time in God’s creation and enjoys seeing people find a property that they can enjoy as stewards of the land and hunters. Benjamin also has substantial experience in commercial real estate and can easily facilitate deals of that nature. He practices a style of negotiation that is friendly, energetic, straight forward, but most importantly full of integrity.
Benjamin, his wife, son, and little girl reside in Newnan, Ga. He also holds a Master of Theological Studies degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and founded Abishai's Men Ministry.

Jeff Young is a native Georgian who recently returned to Albany from a forty-year venture that included attending Auburn University, a twenty-seven-year career in the US Army, a seven-year career as a senior civilian with the US Army and an on-going career as a consultant in the international defense sector. Retiring as a senior Colonel, Jeff commanded Conventional and Special Operations units at every level and retired as the Chief of Staff for the US Army Aviation and Missile Command.
Throughout his defense career, Jeff maintained a landowner presence in Georgia, buying and selling recreational and investment farm and timber properties over several decades. Experientially, he learned how to evaluate, acquire, develop, and sustain farm and timberland properties. Jeff has a deep passion for both our Creator and His creation. His love for them translates directly into his dedication to helping others acquire, develop, and enjoy their own legacy properties.
Jeff and his wife Susan are very happy to be back in Southwest Georgia, where they attend Sherwood Baptist Church and enjoy serving their community. Jeff, Susan and their Boykin Spaniels - Cricket, Buddy and Ella - divide their time between properties in Dougherty and Randolph counties.
