Benjamin grew up in Atlanta, GA but was typically found on the weekends at his family’s 1,200 acre hunting preserve property in Madison, GA hunting Quail, Ducks, and Dove or fishing for Bass. Benjamin as a teenager would work at the property during the summer. In college, Benjamin picked up deer hunting and begun handling the properties QDM program as well as learned how to process his venison himself from the harvest shot to cured meats and sausages on the table. Benjamin attended the College of Charleston and was a business major. After graduation, Benjamin worked for his father’s company Ben Carter Properties and was a Vice President in charge of land sales and acquisitions for regional malls and shopping centers, and a part of the development team. After his departure from BCP Benjamin took the skills he had gained and became a franchisee for a national restaurant brand and developed several locations from site selection to opening. He then oversaw key team members who operated the day to day operations of the restaurants as the owner.
Benjamin has a passion for spending time in God’s creation and enjoys seeing people find a property that they can enjoy as stewards of the land and hunters. Benjamin also has substantial experience in commercial real estate and can easily facilitate deals of that nature. He practices a style of negotiation that is friendly, energetic, straight forward, but most importantly full of integrity.
Benjamin, his wife, son, and little girl reside in Columbus, Ga. He is also studying for his Master of Divinity as an online student of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Cody was born and raised in Harris County, Ga. He is an avid sportsman in the constant pursuit of Waterfowl, Deer, Turkey, Bass, etc. Growing up he was always found working on his family’s land, helping neighboring land owners, or hunting and fishing with his family. He grew up in sports until his early high school years. Once old enough to drive, sports no longer peeked his interest near as much as being in the serenity of nature. He spent many afternoons in the woods or on private lakes and public rivers fishing. After graduating, he attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College majoring in Wildlife and Fisheries Management. Leaving college early he came home
to find work on a private farm helping manage large tract of land. From there he took the knowledge he learned and applied it as a farm manager for a 1,000 acre tract in Upatoi. He then pursued entrepreneurship opening up one of the first full time Forestry Mulching/Land Management businesses in the Harris County area in which he still currently owns and operates. He loves transforming land for clients. Above all else he loves being in a position to help people. He brings the same enthusiasm and
positive energy to the real estate industry. Whether you’re listing your current tract for sale, or ready to start an adventure on a new tract, Cody is always eager to help. He resides in Hamilton, Ga on Lake Harding with his wife Jeana, black labs Gumbo and Gator, and their mini donkeys Poncho and Lefty.

Zach has been deeply involved in the farm and timber real estate industry his entire life. Both his dad and uncle have been in the business for 40 years and Zach has been involved since he was a little boy. His passion for land and wildlife has run through his veins since early childhood. Hunting and fishing are monumental components of his life. Zach has developed a great reputation in the outdoor community for his ability to manage land and wildlife all over the state. He has a great deal of experience ranging from the Lower and Upper Coastal Plain, Piedmont, Blue Ridge, and the Valley & Ridge regions of Georgia. One of Zach’s specialties is converting a property’s potential into a reality. He can transform not only the aesthetic appeal of a property, but also the income production (timber, agriculture, hunting lease etc..), the wildlife habitat, the quality of the deer herd, the wild turkey population, etc. Habitat enhancement for turkeys, deer, dove, quail, etc. is not just a hobby for Zach, it is a passion. Zach has a great deal of experience working on large plantations as well as small acreage tracts. One of his more notable accomplishments has been the establishment of 40,000+ acres of quality deer management co-ops in Southwest Georgia. The Spring Creek and Caney Creek Co-op consist of the absolute finest hunting this state has to offer. These co-ops are products of Zach’s custom management agenda and testaments to his relentless efforts in making the most out of every single acre of every single property, no matter how big or how small. It does not matter whether a property is 10 acres or 10,000 acres, Zach can improve it in many ways. One thing that sets Zach apart from others is his ability to “see beyond the surface” of property. His vision goes well beyond what you see when you ride through a tract of land. Zach sees beyond the windshield… envisioning the short and long term potential. It requires a lot of experience, outside the box thinking, and knowledge to achieve a property’s maximum potential and this is what separates Zach from most other agents.

His love for them translates directly into his dedication to helping others acquire, develop, and enjoy their own legacy properties.
